Explanation of the trade:

This report outlines the details of an account I have purchased from ThePizzaMan on 10/09/2023 & Account got Perm Banned on 11/09/2023.

I purchased an Ironman for $1500 on 10/09/2023, I have given him $750 in BTC and 2 accounts valued at $750 totalling $1500 2.2K Account $450 and 2k Account $250. Agreement was made and details were exchanged. Unfortunately, only a day after the purchase on 11/09/2023, the purchased account was banned (Major, Perm Banned) for Macroing. I then contacted the seller and informed him and he responded with "It’s been literally weeks since I botted. Did vork in July I think it was" Which was false information Proof will be in the pictures below.

One of the admins in Squire (3rd party client) confirmed he was literally botting the day before.

Following the permanent ban, the seller (ThePizzaMan) then accused me of recovering a account which was the 2.2k Total account ($450) agreed price, which he claimed that I recovered the account right after I given him the details which don't really make sense, Picture below.

Account password reset attempts: Please pay close attention to the times when emails was received.
The fact that they are close to when the accounts were sold, at least the first one.

Now, about me recovering the account, I have contacted the OO and asked if he recovered it, which the response was no he did not, after ThePizzaMan was not communicating with me I then asked the OO to recover the account in which he did. (12/09/2023)

What don't make sense is

1. I sent Thepizzaman links to email address changes for both accounts.
2. Pizzaman said he did not bot the account claiming it was a few weeks ago, which was false information confirmed by Foxen (Admin that checked the account on Squire).
3. If I had recovered it, why do it right away, and again not wait for Pizza to put wealth on it?
4. Why recover 1 account and leave the other?
5. Why not drop all ironman's 1.7b bank value?

How they scammed: After the Iron got Perma Banned, He then Claimed I recovered the account did not want to refund me and blocked.

This is a messy situation. I have proof of the account as part of our deal being recovered from my possession 8 hours before adzino messaged me about a ban on the iron. He was also aware of the account being botted as we used to use clients together on our irons just a few months prior. i can have people confirm he knew it had been botted. I also have proof of me returning the other account to him meaning we both lost 750$, half of the agreed upon price, as it seemed like the fair way to handle the situation. Since this deal went wrong, I have received multiple messages saying he has been sketchy towards them in the past and previously scammed people for bills in odablocks cc doing dms. this user had nefarious intentions and is now trying to pin me as the bad guy after the account got banned. I am in the middle of rigorous testing for work and will not be able to check this thread every day to update If any mods want to input on this situation please reach out to me on discord or ill check back here this weekend when I hopefully have free time. .thepizzaman

 

You returned the $250 account which was the 2k Total one, but I had to ask the OO to recover the 2.2k total account $450 and return it to me.

Also stop making accusations he said she said and receiving multiple messages from other people... You can make a separate report if you believe what they are accusing me of.

1. You lied about using the vorki bot in July, which was confirmed by Foxen he checked your Squire logging you was even botting on the day you sold me the account.
2. Your Ironmans appeal will probably be accepted and unbanned, so you are not out of pocket, I do not want a iron that I paid $1.5k for to have a Major on it.
3. I had to ask the OO to recover it back today 12/09/2023.

It does not make sense what your saying, I don't know what your intentions are. But facts are facts, You lied about botting, After using the account for 1 day it received a Perm ban.

You accused me of recovering the account, right after I bought your Ironman, you was well aware that I was not the OO of those accounts, as I do buy/sell accounts, but straight away you accused me, called me a rat, a liar and a scammer. Did not even attempt to ask what happened or anything within those lines, not even an attempt to find out what happened about.

This is the kind of responses I was getting, when trying to help and find out what happened.



Yes I am out of pocket $750 now, but for what? using the account for 1 day? and you saying "half of the agreed upon price" wdym agreed I did not agree on anything? We agreed on 2 accounts + $750 in BTC for your $1.5k Iron.

 

I would like to make you aware, @ThePizzaMan did not inform of the account being unbanned, he instead double name changed and did not inform me nor on this report. He currently has my $750 and hes Ironman back.

The fact that he double name changed, and did not inform me or update this report says enough.

Screen shot was taken today, the account is unbanned, and double name changed.

 

Just Updating this post. @ThePizzaMan Updated the rsn has changed again, triple name change. Would be great if a staff member looks into this report.

Total level is now 2264, was 2263 previously, he done 1 prayer level.

 

I tried to find a solution to resolve this matter with @ThePizzaMan but he want's me to "admit to scamming"? I even agreed with him to split the $220 that he paid for plugins/services which I do not have to, but I said I will split it just to resolve this matter. still no outcome. As it stands, he currently has my $750 + The ironman he sold me and got back.

I believe @ThePizzaMan has sold the ironman to someone else.
He claims to be "Accountless" which tells me he did indeed sell the account. Screen shot (2)

He has also been telling people in the general chat that I am a scammer, which is an act of defamation.

I'd really appreciate it if a Sythe staff could make a comment on this report soon, as he is going around telling people that I am a scammer, which probably or will affect my sales on Sythe.

I will reply to this in depth on Sunday, my next day off. Until then, please stop making baseless claims to try and tarnish my name and reputation. If you have even a modicum of proof of ANY of these accusations regarding me recovering the account, me reselling the account, etc. please post it. I ask this because I know that you either 1) Don't have any, or 2) have fabricated something and I will disprove it.

 

Firstly, I did not accuse you of recovering any account, You bought this an ironman from chicks gold and I purchased it off you. At the end of the day the IRONMAN that you sold me and got a perma ban within a day and it is currently UNBANNED.

Me tarnishing your reputation whilst your the one running around in discord's calling me a scammer? Allow that talk big man.

I had to ask the OO to recover the 2.2k account because you claimed it was "Recovered"?

So how I see it as:

1, You have gotten back your Ironman (Unbanned) and the account is live and currently being used.
2, You have my $750
3, You gave back my 2k Total account.
4, I had to recover my 2.2k back by asking the OO on 12/09/23 because you claimed it was recovered?

So how does it make sense for me to be out of $750 and you've your ironman back?

Also I mentioned to you to give back my $750 so we can be square and sort this problem out you get your ironman back and I get my $750 + 2 of my accounts back which I had to ask the OO to recover the 2.2k back 2 days after you claimed that I recovered it?, but you want to play games and see if you can keep the $750 + The ironman? lol

 

Here is the proof that you indeed have purchased it off chicks gold.

The only way you could of have gotten this account recovered is by telling chicks gold to once again send a password change link to you and you changed the password and appealed the ban and got the appeal accepted as the Ironman is Unbanned, as the email related to this account was with @Chicks (AKA chicks gold), because you said "it will void the warranty" if you informed them of selling the account on.

I even confirmed this with chicks gold.

 

Thank you for confirming exactly what I've said in the past. If chicks wants to post here and prove that I, in no way, shape, or form have asked for ANY sort of password/email reset since this account has been sold, I'd appreciate it. If not, I will be more than willing to send a video of our entire chat history either Sunday, or if I get off earlier than expected any other day this week.

 

FYI these are your own words. Just saying. :S

1. If by like Wednesday they haven’t unbanned I’ll get oo to appeal, but there’s like 0.1% chance that’s a real ban.
2. But I've met the OO and he already told me just msg him if anything happens
   
3. Give it a few days, bunch people complaining on Reddit about false bans this morning, if not I’ll have oo appeal it and see what we can do. I got hit on an account I bought and hadn’t botted yet too.

 

Also to that comment I believe you did not go to chicks gold because you was aware that you was banned from making any purchases or sales on their website.

Which makes me think, your saying oh I did not contact chicks about the account and etc? which I find it absolutely absurd and taking me for an idiot? Common sense here your $1500 account gets perma banned and your not going to contact Chicks gold for assistance? You obviously went to the OO when you got made aware of this screenshot.

Don't take me for a fool. You legit have no leg to stand on and your fighting a losing battle, Refund the $750 and stop wasting mine & Sythe staffs time.

I am willing to go with option B as @ThePizzaMan offered, he paid $220 for services and asked to split it 50/50 and I did tell him at this point I am willing to do that.

So as it stands I am willing to pay $110 towards his services that he paid respectfully.
He should be refunding $640.

 

Also to mention @ThePizzaMan claimed he paid $220 for services, which he has showed no proof of, I should be asking for full price refund since he has his account back.

 

I will be available to discuss this further Sunday night as stated above, however, let's be clear. My refund offer, was taken off the table the second that I found out you had recovered the account from me BEFORE any ban was applied to the ironman. If you want to make me a reasonable offer, i'll entertain it. However, given the fact that I am now without my main ironman, and you've already been refunded 1 acc, and recovered the other, I will not be going out of pocket for someone who I have proof scammed me. Stop trying to play victim in this situation when in all reality, this was a scam gone wrong on your end and now YOU want to be compensated for it?

EDIT:

Counter offer : you admit that you recovered the account, and we go our separate ways and we both are at a loss from the deal.
In this scenario, we are both already out 750$ a piece. Let's just agree that it was a stupid deal, and to never speak to each other again and move on with life.
