Donor Icons.

i like the old ranks other then the $5 one, but I do like the crown $200 one.

 

I think the ones to decide should be the donors as each rank. I don't get how somone with $5 rank can say "eww new $100 looks ugly"

 

Exactly, all the current 100 dollar donor's, should be allowed to make a vote for our rank.

 

That's my opinon, Sythe should send a PM to all the donors of each rank to see what their vote is on what they want or get the choice of either. It shouldn't be up to people who are non-donors to decide on what looks better.

Personally I like how the stacks now increase with rank.

 

I was going to donate $50 until I saw the new ranks. So are you saying I should have no say in what the ranks should be?

 

'cause most $5 donors are thinking of donating more. So they will think in the future if the $100 is worth the money.

 

I understand what you guys say, but I personally think somone who doesn't plan on anything or hasn't donated should get to complain about it. I could say I'm gonna donate more also but I have not once complained about new/old/suggested.

A donation is a donation. Perks are incentives but not a payment for donating
but seems you have not donated before you really should not get the right complain.

A vote between people who have donated would make more sense

Temp forums or stickies for each donor rank with a poll on the matter would be easier then pming all donors, and reading their replies.
This way only those with certain donated amount could vote and could be easily closed down once done.

 

I'd rather have no rank, and someone on here can hold me to that, serious. As long as I get the donor lounge, and I helped Sythe - that's all I want, I don't see the hype for ranks anyway, you all seem like girls at a fashion parade // wait wrong analogy paris hilton at a chihuahua dog show.

Though I like them all anyway, but they haven't been very creative - meh, runescape images Lol.

 

That's a very smug response, I respect you and all but I don't think that's fair or respectful to any of the donor's. Make the legacy ranks optional than, if you don't want to cater to our need's. =(

I like that idea. Anyone can say they will donate more and "don't like x ammounts rank" so then donate to one you like I guess. Your perks are just a thank you for donating.

 

yours is my favorite rank, its great. i love halloween so the pumpkins make me think of halloween, if i ever donated i'd donate your amount so i could get that sexy pumpkin rank ha

 

it's a custom rank for being a $300+ donor and I'm not sure if it's possible to have the same rank.

 

I only like one of the new donation ranks, that being the $5+ one. All the others I don't like or dislike. I personally do prefer my Blue Halloween Mask over Dragon claws for the $50+ donation rank.

 

I basically agree with everything you said.

 

All old ranks are good, but there is no need to use the mask in more than one rank.

And the ranks with pumpkins, discs of returning, furies, dragon daggers, would be very cool.

I personally like the old ranks more, but there will always be different opinions on which symbol would be best for what. Which is why there should have been a poll with a few options, that way people couldn't complain. If it was chosen by the users then there would be no problems

 

Well I still think it should be up to the people at that level because non-donors may say "I plan on donating $100 to get to the $100 rank so I like this better" well til you do it you shouldn't say much.
