99 Herblore or Construction

i respect the herblore cape a little more, because with sc con can be easily bought for 90m. and that green is a bit better then that gray cape.

 

is selling the potions you make calculated in that?

 

wow if u did pray pots to 99 you'd be making like 100k+ pots, id never do that. id rather spend the extra bit of mny and do ext atks and mages.

 

Unless you are planning to have some pretty epic house parties then I would suggest herblore. It will be more useful in the long run.

 

Do both..
I have both 99 herblore and 99 construction
Use volatile hammers on 99 construction, it will cost 50M if you start at level 80.
Takes 4 days.
if you have enough for 99 herblore then you should be able to easily make that extra little 50M to get 99 herblore.
Decant all your potions to (4) before selling them, this will decrease how much you lose per.
If you cant make that extra 50M for herblore, you can still get 96.
At the moment the best potions to make are super energy, super strength, and super restore.

Herblore OFC. Ovls are beast, construction is just showoff, isnt worth it at all.

and i dont think doing super str is a good idea right now, you should make super restores from 70-84, spec restores from 84-88, then ext atks from 88-91 then ext magic from 91-99 this is the most reasonable way(not the cheapest) if u have the money tho, at 88 herblore make 4k ext atks(will get you above 89 herb) then 4k ext str, then 4k ext def then from 96-99 do overloads

 

People needing herblore assists are harder to find than you'd think. Lots of people offer assist so they can save money on the 99's.

I would definitely encourage you to do herblore, it's probably one of the most respected capes among players, and untrimmed (sounds like you dont have one yet? I'm not sure) would be bad ass.

 

99 herblore is better because you can make money with it.

 

Take a second look at your calculations as construction should be way cheaper than Herblore. If you can afford herblore on the other hand, go for that. Construction can be achieved with 75-100 millish later on.

 

Herblore. Doesn't matter if you pk or not. When you want to kill boss monsters down the road the extreme pots/overloads are the most useful potions out there. Construction is a waste.

Construction costs around 80m - 100m with sc hammers, herblore you can't get any cheaper tbh.

 

I think construction definitely looks better, so I have to say construction - plus it's really fast.

 

If money is no object, herblore for sure. With the pots you can make at higher levels, it's way more useful than construction.

 

thanks for all the posts guys. at this point im leaning towards construction, due looking at both the emotes, and im loving the emote and the cape. and yes i do plan to use the house for future parties once i have 99

You lose 287m.
Construction is fuckloads less, and alot more common than herblore.

If you have 300m to blow, get herblore.

 

i would get construction because i just like the emote and the cape is pretty nice but herb-lore is a rare cape to come by.
