I do not recall some of the information that is required however I am partnered with King(648252297696116755), and gave worked with him extensively on multiple accounts. He has recognized my voice on call and I still do talk to him every day on Discord.
Long story short, I upgraded my phone and never followed up on the authenticator to transfer it to my current phone.
