How to play Full Tilt Poker!

Welcome to my second guide! This guide will teach you how to use the Full Tilt program and how to play in games.

Remember, this is gambling and if you aren't 18+ years of age it is not legal to play. I personally do not play, I have just done it a few times with friends. Anyway on to the pictures.

First off, I am assuming you have already downloaded the full tilt program. If you haven't go to this site ( www.fulltiltpoker.com ) and follow the instructions to download the program. Once you have downloaded it log in.

Now a new window will open. Here is what each of the symbols mean:
    .

Now to start playing you will need to put cash onto your account. You can do this by using the cashier button in the top right of your screen. (Or you can play with fake money, this will be explained later in the guide.

Once you have deposited cash you can finally start to play! This is what it looks like once you join a game.

Once it is finally your turn the multi-colored meter will go under and the timer will start. You will have to click one of the buttons below to complete your move and then go to the next player.

There are games that you can play for free if you wish at any time if you don't have any cash to put in but you still want to play. You can do that by clicking on the type of game below and then pick your game and start playing. These games play out just like normal games but of course you will be using fake money instead of risking your cash.

After this it is just normal poker. Another cool feature about Full Tilt Poker is you can gain points just by playing and then turn them in for items and tournament tickets! When you buy an actual item remember you have to give them your shipping address so they can send you the item. I have a friend who did this and then also assured me that they don't spam your mailbox with useless stuff. ;)

Just a few days ago Full Tilt has added the new feature to cash in your bonus points for actual cash! Just go to the point store and click "Black Box" then you will be redirected to a new window. After this it will be just like ordering another item except you will be receiving cash instead of an item.

Thanks for reading my guide on how to use and play Full Tilt Poker. If you have some constructive criticism I would gladly appreciate it! I hope you learned some tips and tricks. If you have any more questions feel free to pm me and I will respond as soon as possible. Good luck making some cash! :D

Very detailed, thanks for this. But I'm only 13, so personally I cannot use it but you explain what everything means and this would definitely help out a newbie to Full Tilt. :)

Hey Bubba. You asked if I could critique your guide so here I am :p. I'll split my critique into two sections so it's easier to understand.

Information: The quality of the information is great. You're explaining everything clearly and describing everything that the reader needs to know. I personally knew nothing about Full Tilt Poker before this guide, but know I have a good idea. However quantity is a little disappointing. There is around 250 words in the guide and I feel you could have extended onto it somehow.

Formatting: The first thing I want to point out is the font is fantastic. It's easy to read and isn't ugly. The pictures that you've used help the reader understand the guide even more. Overall it looks appealing, and something that will excite the reader.

You've done rather well, and I can't wait to read your future guides. 7/10.

How to play Full Tilt Poker!

I've played Full Tilt Poker before, and it's really a fun experience (as long as it doesn't destroy your wallet ;)). I'm very pleased to see you took the effort to make this Guide, and presented it quite well. There are many aspects to the FTP Client that are explained when you hover on them, but sometimes even the easiest things can be misunderstood.

Content: The content of the Guide is very informative, and a great walkthrough for beginners.
Format: I personally like how you've centered the Guide. Draws the reader's attention.
Font: The font itself is amazing for this. I love it. In my opinion, the coloring could be edited, because they are used in such a format in many of your Guides. It looks nice though.
Pictures: Paint is not your friend. I would suggest downloaded Gimp or some better picture-editing program to make the images much cleaner. You did a good job though.
Title: You have none. I think every Guide should have a title in the header, even if it's the same as the thread's title.

    Overall rating: 6.5/10

A few improvements could be made, but you've put forth a good effort in this Guide. Hope to see more from you in the future, and best of luck to you on your adventure to join the User Education Team.

Hey Bubba. Here is some feedback for your guide like you've asked. :)

First of all I would like to start out with how much I love the pictures in your guides. I know I said this last time, but the picture are always helpful in your guides, and always look great. I also think that the topic for this guide is wonderful, as it's unique and probably the only guide on Full Tilt Poker in these forums (correct me if I'm wrong). This is a good thing, because we don't want to have 10 guides on the same subject.

Now for some suggestions, to help improve you guide. One thing that I would really suggest you do is go through your guide, and find all of the grammatical errors and fix them. They come up fairly often in this guide, and it's never good to have grammatical errors on a UE application guide.

Another thing I would suggest doing is maybe giving us some tips on how to actually play the game for people that may be new to the game. You show us how the basic controls of the game, but not really an strategies/rules of the game to help you actually play the game itself.

Anyways, I wish you the best of luck in your application, and I can't wait to see more guides! I hope this helps!

Thanks for the feedback! I just finished going through and fixing the grammatical errors. When I made this I figured people would already know basic strategies and how to play but I might add that later if I have time. Thanks :)
