Does my ip's change when I go on my roommates computer?
Even though it's on the same ip. Can a mod/admin tell me what my ip's I've signed in on cus I haven't been on any but mine and my cell's and my moms house.

No computers have nothing to do with it, location is all that matters.

Everyone in your house has the same i.p.

I thought so but I didn't know if the mac address played a role because I sign in on my phone, my roommates and my laptops at my apt. And usually on Sundays at my moms.

MAC addresses aren't used for "identifying" purposes on the internet. Essentially they can't "reach" far enough into the internet for us to be able to see them.

Oh, so how do you guys block ip's since I've been blocked before when I've gone on my computer, my moms and still gone on via my phone, I'm guessing that was when I first did it because I haven't had problems since.

The admins can manually block any i.p. address they wish on any vb forum in the world.

Does that also apply to phones using the same WiFi connection as the computer? And when I am using a phone at, for example, my school, would I have the same IP as other people in my school?

Assuming you are using your school's wifi, yes.

And what if I disconnected from this WiFi? Would I still have the same IP as other people which are disconnected from WiFi?

What if you are not using Wifi to connect to the internet with your phone, but in fact 3G?

What does your IP look like then? Is it completely different, and does it ever change?
