I just need:

61 - 65 Herblore
65 - 70 Smithing

I have all of the steel bars to get the smithing level (make steel platebodies). You'll have to buy the herblore supplies. Just please don't spend too much money.

Everything you make, I'd like kept in the bank (do not sell).

I want these done legit.

I'm willing to pay a dragon sq. ornamental kit (or) for this.
