Blue screen after closing Runescape (help)

hey guys, recently, ive been getting blue screen of death after closing runescape.

ive tried different clients like the downloadable one, the regular browser one, and the rsbot client... and they all get me blue screen of death after i close it.


i think this has been happening after my dad put in parental controls -_-.
i disabled it, but it still happens

any help? thx

Do a system restore to a date when this issue did not appeared.

 

Make it happen again and tell me what it says where that picture says PAGE_FAULT_IN.....

 

I would either do a restore like Wernis suggested, or try updated your java maybe.

 

I had that problem. Hold your computer turn off button for 10 seconds and open your computer back.

In this section, you'll have 3 options...run normally, run with safe mode and command prompt, or safe mode option, something like that.

Click the run with safe mode, and move here you can save all your files that you don't want to lose, such as e-mailing them, etc.

Now, you can either do system restore with the safe mode or you can reboot your entire computer.

 

A bsod after playing runescape usually means jagex just doesn't want you to stop playing runescape. In these cases it gives you a great excuse to suicide bot, put this on an appeal:
Jagex, I had no choice but to macro, you gave me a bsod everytime I tried to exit runescape, which I took as a sign that I should play 24/7.

Hmm, I saw your picture above, not sure if its "Your" blue screen or a google image =\.

If you can get a picture of it I wouldnt mind researching a bit for ya to find a fix

But Usually when I've personally experienced these, I used my Windows Install disc and used the "Repair" option.
