They have bad trading practices, make you wait for the gp, outsourcing the trade with another guy without informing you prior to paying them.
When you want refund its a hassle to get one.

I paid primal for 200m07 then he told me to join his groupchat and put 2 of his workers in there to deliver the gp to me.
After waiting 5mins I already bought the gp from another guy I wanted my refund cus its just taking too long to get my delivery.
I pm primal to ask for a refund, suddenly both his workers message me saying they have the gp.
I tell them I want refund because I already got the gp from someone else and they took way too long.
They tell me that I can only get a refund at gp rate of 0.15$ when I paid 0.19$ for it and they didnt even deliver me.
They come with the excuse the transaction wasn't confirmed, the USDT already had 133 confirmations and he was using exodus so it shows instantly.
In the end they realised they were wrong and were just clowning themselfs they refunded me -the gas fee so I only received 35.5$ inplace of the 38$ I paid.

Yes, I defined agree that a time-frame of 4 minutes is utterly unacceptable as a delivery time.
You are definitely the only person buying gold from us and we should have been awaiting your order.

Us giving you the courtesy of a refund - trx fees is to be considered generous.

Also to add to what primal said, when we were ready to deliver you went mia for 10 minutes then came back with an attitude demanding a refund. If anything you wasted our time as we held the gold for hours.

 

I've added evidence of our stock at the time OP claims we were outsourcing with "another guy" by reporting his post and adding image.

As you can see from the chatlogs, reasoning was not possible with the poster of this report.

He placed & paid for an order, which he then refused to collect.

We then ended up considering it no less than reasonable, to not cover payment fees to process the refund.
