It's awsome for pvp, and still have a few brawling gloves.
Got rune defender, barrow gloves, filled zammy and sara book, done lunar, can wear zerker helms.

There are no recoveries, bank pins or offenses.

btw, also done like defender of varrock etc, so can get the fastes melee exp in-game most of prequests for sentisten(at least ALL defense quests), so curses are allmost there, just need a bit more prayer
