DDS/Claw Rusher, what to wear?

I just finished (to the point where I can pk) my dds/claw rusher (still need to make money for claws) and I want to test it but I have no clue what to wear.
Money isn't a big deal but I would like to spend under 300k on armour but I can spend up to 4m.

Stats:

DT is complete so I will be using ancients to freeze.

Also do not tell me to buy claws I have already said twice I am still making money (I realize most of this community is retard 12 year olds so yes this is necessary)

 

Do you have mith gloves?

 

Not doing MM, didn't feel like it and I don't care to get the gloves.

 

I would get 20 def, and wear proselyte/initiate. But that's just me.

Other than that, all I can think of is iron, or robes :l Sorry.

 

Why would I ruin my pure?

Also, use an onyx bracelet enchanted (regen brace? gives same str bonus as addy gloves) when rushing, although I wouldn't recommend it for normal pking.

Strength amulet, climbers, zamorak robe bottom, ghostly top, one of the gnome hats (I think they give the best mage bonus for pures) and a god staff cape. Of course you could also wear god robes (more expensive, better mage bonus, zamorak/guthix/sara all give the same. The ones from treasure trails)


and I believe that is all. If you're rushing with a DDS use a zamorak book.

 

What to wear : Full ghostly, with a gnome hat [Looks awesome]
Strength ammy or glory depending on what you want [Higher hits, more acurette mage and hits]
Climbing boots, or mage boots, again depends on what you want.
Combat Brace, or Regen [Regen protects over claws, fair warning]

A sick combo is start with anceint staff, and magic pot, then use blitz, which can hit over 300 It's like using a barrage as a combo move

After you do that, switch to your special attack weapon, and special.

If that doesn't work, you can use a D2H for a final hard hit [Warning, protects over claws]
Or use a d-scim for decently accurate hits

 

just to drive a point home, rushers are the scum of the earth.

anyone who actually pk's will agree, and the people who flame me are simply ignorant and cowardly.

if you cannot stand your ground and risk a measly 75k then you really are not mature enough to be using the internet, not to mention participating in online social interaction.

and as for what to wear, how about a nice sturdy noose? that way the world would become a better place and runescape might just be able to improve a teeny bit.

 

Rushing is a form of pvp, if you step in the wildy, there should be no rules, the point is to kill and not get killed.
I can proudly say, iRush, and iHonor, it depends on my mood, if I want to get a quick 2 second kill by using my items and levels, I will.
If I want to kill someone under a set of rules "No fc, no safe" I will.
And you should also know that the risk is usually higher then 76k , a 76k risk usually means you have terrible gear.
Honestly, that was the most lolworthy post on earth, I mean even the most famous of pkers rush from time to time, it's a fun thing to do, either if you enjoy seeing panic, enjoy seeing fast deaths, or enjoy seeing rage.
It's a style, learn to live with it . ​

 

in no way, shape or form is rushing a style. it is a tactic developed by people who, though ignorance or sloth, do not know how to get a kill properly. they employ the use of overpowered spec weapons, the element of surprise and their own cowardice to quickly bring someone down.

saying "the most famous pkers rush from time to time" is a moot point. just because someone "famous" does something wrong does not make it right. if you believe in this ideology then you must think when someone well known or influential does something illegal, his/her actions make the crime suddenly acceptable. as you can clearly see that statement is simply idiotic.

Get over it I don't have to play how you want I'm going to play how I want because it fun. Also I have a maxed zerker (almost 95pray) and had a maxed mauler I know how to pk and I don't want to pk like that anymore its not fun anymore.

I PK 1v1 and Rush and I'm great at both. To be quite honest, Rushing isn't easy, it sure as hell looks like it, but, it's not. Go buy yourself some gear and try it out, it'll take you months to excel it, nowadays, I rush clans in Fally middle, etc.

i have had every single type of pking account; maxed main, dds pure, range tank, range pure, strength pure, 99 attack pure, summoning tank. everything. with my considerable experience i know rushing is the easiest thing in the world to do. there are only 4 basic steps

1. find target
2. pot up
3. cast pre-emptive spell (optional)
4. attack

your telling me it takes you months to learn how to do this?
as for finding "the right set-up" buy the gear with the highest str bonus you can wear at your level. wow, that was easy.

 

i would def wear ghostly top and bottom, mith gloves, magic boots, a pray book, glory/str ammy, obby cape/skill cape, and a helmet of your choice

 

Srsly no one cares what you think so fuck off good luck getting rushed by me.

 

Ghostly, Zammy Book, Glory, God Cape, Combat Brace, Ancient Staff, Zerk ring/Recoil.

Pray melee , blitz then spec.

Enjoy waiting around for spec and failing at least 3/4 of the rushes.

If you don't have a respect for that this kid intends to do, why bother posting?
By posting you only bring his post to the top of the forum updates and allow other people to see it more frequently.
Rushers make the wilderness fun and make you stay on the edge of your seat ready to fight. If a rusher doesn't kill you right off because you're smart enough to eat twice, you stand a fairly good chance fighting them if you're looking for lengthy fights.

TL;DR: Don't like it, don't post.

 

what world do you pk in? rushers dont stay and fight after they attack you, they run away.

i post simply to see how others will react. i was also hoping for someone to debate with, however these people are to immature for such activities.
