Botting 7-12 hours a day letting it rest, playing 4-5 hours botting let is rest for the night....etc....

In my opinion, taking breaks is a bit more suspicious. Go on botting 24/7, but hop worlds every 12 or so hours.

 

You have to put breaks on there. Make sure they're not set exactly (6 hours playing, 12 hours off, repeat.) make them average.

 

If your account get unban then that will be a miracle for Jagex but if Jagex is going to denied your appeal then you have learnt your lesson to not bot in Soul Wars since it's highly monitor by Jagex
