I hope I have given this enough time so I am not considered a waste of staff time anymore.


Hello. I am posting this dispute in hopes that I have done enough in this community to deserve this to be reviewed again. I am requesting that mods/admins keep this open. My last dispute was archived because from what I could tell I was wasting staff time. That is fine and I figured I would give it some time and then re-dispute hoping that this time I can get it reviewed and my testimony can actually be considered. With that being said I will start.

I will now start by tackling these one at a time.

Gergle2 is a RL friend of mine. His name is Noah. We have been friends for years and in fact he was the one who got me involved in Sythe years ago. Over the summer I had him spend the night and we were playing Mw2 etc. and I was still trying to get my MM proofs etc. so I was on Sythe. I showed him like “ay look how trusted I am etc” and he was like I think I still got my Sythe account. I said alright I’ll help you get it back. I did not know very many staff members at that time except I had spoken with tgump a few times. I asked him if he could help me recover the account. I don’t remember what he said but I remember noah and I ended up getting the password e-mailed to one of his old e-mails that was registered to the account. I don’t remember if he posted at all on my IP (he was on his laptop and I was on mine) but I know for sure he did not post on the topic asking how much his Sythe account was worth. He never even sold his account nor had any intentions to but none the less the rule “my ip, my responsibility” has come up. My response to that is yes, whatever happens on my IP is my problem. I’ve had multiple mods check into our IP addresses. We do live in the same city but he has Cliq internet and I have Comcast. I have had mods confirm this. I would also appreciate it if Spyike could look into this for me because he seems to have a knack at finding the truth in all of this. Not like it matters; but what gergle2 did was just as harmless as these topics:

Now I’m not here trying to defend gergle2 I’m just here trying to prove he is not me and I am not him.

This is a tough one. I’m not sure how many times farcast has posted saying I never extorted him or never attempted to. I consider farcast to be one of my closest friends. He knows I would never do anything about this. Let me list a few reasons to keep this nice and short.
• Farcast was in the skype call while I was messing around with him
• If I was trying to extort a friend why would I let him know about it first
• Brandon and I hate each other and we have ever since a week or so before I told about the sindre thing
• What I said was me, but it was taken the wrong way
• What I said was as harmless as telling a friend that you put a knife in their bag right before you walk through airport security.

I understand what I said was not a nice thing to do but it was all a joke. I told farcast right after he dced off skype that I was joking and I didn’t want him to take it seriously. He was a bit mad but that was because jasdeep3 was actually making a scammer report on him. I tried to do everything I could to help farcast because jas and I are good friends and I felt bad about farcast doing this because I was the one who asked farcast to make the merch clan with me. Also if I was trying to get farcast banned why would I type up a paragraph trying to prove that farcast never “dumped” early and have it posted in the SL. Also the day that farcast got demoted I pmed all my mod friends with a pic of me and jas talking and I’m telling him to stop the fucking around with farcast cause the joke was over.

I understand what I did was not nice but I like to joke around with friends I know can take it and farcast does the same to me. We are friends and I don’t want anyone to doubt that. If you don’t believe me; just ask him.

This accusation is just flat out ridiculous. I have explained time and time again that peer guardian is the exact opposite of any sort of DDoS tool. I have posted a guide on how to avoid DDoS attacks using peer guardian here: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=6753784

What I said was “I would love to see him try to DDoS me (Andrew/Syed were threatening to do so), I’ll peer guardian, get his IP, and send the shit back at him” What I meant by that was simply I’ll open up my peer guardian and block the packets. Now where do packets go when they are blocked? To my knowledge when UDP packets are blocked they go back to the computers who have sent them out. Now I could be wrong on that but none the less I can not DDoS or DoS anyone with peer guardian. It is the exact opposite of that. I know a lot about peer guardian because when I used to be a runefag I would go in other clan vents and try to come 1 item their wars. This would cause me to be DDoSed a lot so I then got peer guardian to help stop these attacks. If anyone would be so kind as to look up peer guardian and confirm what I am saying. Now, I would truly appreciate if this can be left open, reviewed, and discussed. I have contributed too much time and effort to this site to only be banned because of some evidence the Skype cult provided after I told you guys what their intentions were and about the sindre leaking. Obviously they wanted to get back at me and this is what they did to do it. They cut portions of voice logs out and called it evidence. I beg of you to please review this and let me defend myself.
