RunescapeRwtFTW - Scammed my friend

I'm posting this report on behalf of a friend of mine who doesn't have a sythe account.

Who was the Scammer : RuneScapeRwtFTW

Sorry about the size, it was all he gave me.

Proof it was him: Look at the MSN \ Email address at the top of the MSN window.

According to this thread: What guides NOT to sell or post! Last Update - [Updated 8/7/10] the guide is not allowd to be sold, and therefore, he scammed my friend $24USD.
He also makes it pretty clear that he will not refund my friend even though he is selling an illegal guide.

My Proposal: Get him to give my friend a refund, or ban him.

RunescapeRwtFTW is selling guide #1 under "You may not sell these RWT trading guides". Broodoo shields.

It varies on each case, but the user has been cooperative and is responding to my PM's. I'll let you know what happens.

 

Can you ask your friend if he had disputed the payment?

What did RunescapeRwtFTW say?

 

This is a quote taken directly from my friends MSN window from him to me:

"I did not dispute the payment.
*I couldnt since he already transfered it and closed the paypal
*Well sended it to hes other indian or wtf paypal"

Basically, if you look in the pictures, RunescapeRwtFTW admits that he closed the paypal that my friend sent the money to, meaning that my friend cannot dispute that payment. He then redistributed it to an indian paypal, meaning he cannot send money from it.

Anything else, lemme know.

 

Please have him take a screenshot of the payment details and of his resolution center history to prove he never disputed it.
