Post count?

What is going on with the post count, I noticed couple weeks ago that it was going down but I thought it was just me and I couldn't remember what my postcount was at.

Last time I logged in, couple days ago I was at like 500ish and I log in today and i'm at 440?

Can someone explain to me what's going on lol. I did not get any infractions for spamming or something like that.

 

Big drops in your posts usually occur when a forum is removed/nulled of post count. I remember the last one was the addition of the account upgrade section.

 

Posts could have been reported and taken as spam, etc. They delete topics, they delete forums, etc. Post count really doesn't matter as long as you have vouches to back up your legitimacy so I wouldn't really worry to much.

 

When posts/threads are deleted, it's like you never even posted. The count is taken away.

I keep randomly losing post count. I lost more than 300 one day and then like another 90ish a few days ago. Its really fucking annoying tbh.

 

The last big one was when the PIN section was removed.

I KNOW! Same thing for me I don't know what's going on I barely ever posted in the PIN market section so it's not that. I don't care if they clean up archives or old threads but it would be nice if our postcounts wouldn't go down lol.

I don't know where mine are from. Maybe some from the donators lounge, but I doubt 300. >_>. Its just fucking annoying. I really don't care that much, but I like my post count and getting it knocked down all the time is annoying.

 

Yeah exactly. Post count is the result of 'activeness'. The more you hang in here, the higher your post count will be. I really hate to see it go down like this when it's so hard to bring up..

as long as your posts are still there, does it really matter?

 

its a proof that x user is active.
