Need help with scammer

I had negotiated with wernis to buy an elysian spirit shield, I went first i payed him the 55$ he wanted, he started saying his computer was laggy I told him to join his clan chat and I will come to him, I got kicked from his clan chat and he blocked me on msn.

Need help to reclaim my money please add me

Well for starters post the conversations and any other proof you have. After that a mod will review it and ban is necessary. As for getting your money back you're kinda out of luck.

I personally know WeRnIS, he is certainly NOT a scammer.

- The person you have traded is obviously an imposter (did you even verify it was WeRnIS)?

- Wernis is lithuanian, the hotmail.ca, shows that guy was Canadian.

- Wernis does not use paypal.

 

What is paypal's phone number? There contact us button isn't working.

 

I do not know - sorry to hear you got scammed, always request a PM from the person you're trading with in the future, though.

 

I don't think Wernis would scam you for 55$ when he has 8 half wine jugs for sale and has already sold 2 for 1050$ each.

It is probably an impostor as you don't even have an evident proof to link the paypal account with wernis. You need to request a PM from the guy you are trading with every time you are about to send money or receive an item.

you made a huge mistake ... remember to always confirm on site that the person on msn is the same person on here -- good luck with your future trades and do a chargeback for your cash since you're using paypal

 

The proof is insufficient because the user's MSN is not showing on top of the MSN convo. If you have sufficient proof, please post it in the Report a Scammer section. Thanks.
