How to get new target CORRECTLY

I saw someone else posted this and they left out very important information.

Basically if you get a target who is too beastly and you don't want to fight - log out and hop to another world and after 10 minutes you will get a new target.

THIS ONLY WORKS IF YOU HAVE FULL TARGET BAR!

If you do not have full target bar you will not only lose your target but all likelihood (this is not a bad thing if you need EP but that is a different story).

 

That isn't true.
You hop worlds and make sure your in hot zone while you lose your targ. Your targ bar will not drop and you'll get a new targ.

 

Whenever I hopped without full targ bar and had a target in different world I lost all likelihood after 10 minutes and I was in a hot zone.

But sometimes the target is going all BH worlds to find you.
