Account recovery tips?

Hey dudes, so i bought an account. recently got banned for 2 days and then when expiring the account became locked to sus activity. this seems a normal process for jagex.

entering the details provided to me by the seller results in an instant declined recovery request. the oo is adamant the email used to create the account does not exist.

the OO has given me the following info

1st password
date acct created
where acct created
isp used
membership type was bonds traded to account

what other info am i missing thats causing this to be automatically declined? i'm assuming its because of the bonds not having an email tied to them.

any other tips?

 

Being instantly denied means you did not bypass the auto check before the recovery goes to a JMOD

Instant deny, meaning infos are probably provided wrongly by the OO. I would guess, that the Informations you received are all wrong or none of them match really

There is nothing you can do other than asking the OO to try to recover

 

Ask the original owner to unlock it. Most likely it get accepted as if he sends the appeal from the same IP where he created the account. You can aswell provide the birthday thats set on the account in the other info section. Have you moved house/country, put there the date when you purchased the account. You can aswell send in an ticket rather than normal recovery attemt to get an actual answer from jmod and not that automated email reply. Add my discord: Special#5779 if you need more assistance. I've been dealing with this lock system multiple times (allways got the account unlocked) because customers who bought my old accounts have faced the same issue.

I'm getting the same results sadly.

 

If the account is not getting recovered with information that was provided to you upon purchase means they provided you wrong information and kept real information to themselves.

Even if owner recovers it for you, i would not advise you to play on it anymore as it means you cannot recover yourself and the person who sold you can recover it whenever he wants.
