Try contacting the seller and have him confirm his PayPal address and to say that you did deliver him the good(s) to his satisfaction. Screenshot the MSN conversation and upload it.

In terms of invoices, you can simply create some. An invoice is just a bill, so you can just make one like this:

    9/18/10 20:08
    Quantity: (1) White Party Hat
    Sold to: (PayPal Address)
    Invoice: 239DJ34S9S
    Ship to: (His name here)

If that doesn't work, you'll have to wait 180 days before PayPal allows you to deposit your funds into your bank account.

If it was a virtual good (which it was), you should have asked him to add a note saying "I am paying for virtual goods that I have already received and it is a to my satisfaction and will not try to claim my money back."

In this case, I would call PayPal representatives and explain the situation to them.

You really can't help it if it's an unauthorized dispute :/ you should have added a note saying "I am paying for virtual goods I have already received. It is to my satisfaction and in no way will I attempt to get the money I paid back."

Sure sounded like it . You'll just have to wait 180 days if you really can't get the supplier details or invoices.

Unfortunately Paypal doesn't endorse virtual sales. So you will have to wait 180 days to withdraw the money or you may end up having the money reversed.
