1337 Total Scammed me, how can I prove it?

I did a deal with 1337 Total, $35 for his account. I have screenshots of the Transaction, but for proof of the trades existence you'd be better off looking on Burley's OMM app, as he MM'd our trade: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=792539

Now, I have to find how I can prove I no longer have the account. It was 12 days after the trade, and suddenly the accounts password was changed. But the real issue is the fact that the recovery questions were deleted automatically. I had a notepad file from Burnley with all info, but apparently this wasn't sufficient to recover, and the fact that the questions were already deleted, tells me that the only person who could have recovered it was the OO, and this is either 1337 Total, or whoever he bought it from (Which is still his responsibility). I tried to file a dispute on paypal, but I'm an idiot and filed it under the wrong section and can't Claim. He refuses to talk to me at all on msn, over the past few days, ignoring me, the only time he talked was on paypal denying he hacked it. I'd like the account recovered or my money sent back. Any screen shots of information I can give will be shown on request. Thanks in Advance, Misty.

 

Provide proof next time. Even though I banned you if you have sufficient proof just hit me up on msn anytime. I don't bite.
