Sorry, I thought the democrats had already lost power in the Senate.
You're acting as if the constitution is the magic conche from SpongeBob. If it doesn't say it, it isn't right.

The rule was placed for a reason, to prevent other countries from infiltrating the US to destroy it. As long he is not doing that, he should be president.

Well it's unconstitutional and it shows how we are drifting away from
the constitution and not following it anymore.
He's bringing down the US because if you actually paid attention
to all of the things that happen in this country you would understand.
All the decisions he makes don't benefit us, the guy is clearly against us.
He's purposely trying to make everyone dependent on the government so
they can have more power. They're forcing us to use the new health care.
And that's nothing compared to everything else he's doing.

Why don't you post a specific issue and not go vague?

Also, Obama's health care had to pass through Congress first. If anything, blame congress.

Nobody is (or will be, should I say) forcing the you to use public health care. Like everyone else you will still have the option of private the health care providers we (or at least you in the US) have now.

Are you really that retarded to argue that universal health care is a bad thing for your country?

With the public health care, insurance companies will be forced to raise prices of their polices, less people will use private insurance. Sooner or later, people will all result to the public health care.
IMO, healthcare is where it's starting. The government will be paying for everything, and soon will be only covering certain things.
Ex: Not covering overweight people for heart problems.
The U.S. government is already trying to regulate food. By this, I mean the salt intake etc. on the burgers, sandwiches, and so on. The restaurants have the right to serve the food they want.
The U.S. is supposed to be based off of Capitalism. While there isn't really a true forum, the government should maintain practicing the Laize Faire policy.

But they are forcing you to pay more taxes.

That's generally how Democrats want things, more government control. The Republicans want less government control.

Exactly. The problem is, we are pushing closer and closer to being completely controlled by the Government.

You're the one stating there are many things wrong with Obama. Why don't you support your claim with examples?

Wow, yeah! Just like what happened when universal healthcare was introduced to the other industrialised nations.

    Oh wait...

OH GOD NOT THE PRIVATE HEALTH CARES.

Oh I realise that, but debating it is another argument all together. There are many things you pay for in taxes that one does not necessarily directly use.

Hmm okay with the new health care system do you even know
how it works? They decide who is allowed to get certain care.
Want to know who chooses which people are allowed to get what
type of care? Want to know who Obama chose for that job?
He chose the women who brought in POST ABORTION
in Kansas. The women who allows POST ABORTION in Kansas
is the one who decides if you are allowed to get treatment or not.
The women who allows for new born babies to be put into a room
on a bed, alone and leave them there until they DIE.

Oh god. I really should just push aside your raving bullshit, but perhaps I can attempt to make sense (oh and rebut) your uneducated claims.

I assume you're talking about the current Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius who simply vetoed a "partial-birth" (I believe is the term you're looking for) abortion bill due to it banning such abortions even if the mother were to die as a result of birth.

Sebelius is not in favour of partial-birth abortions, and the state ONLY allows them if it's essential to save a mother's life.

Though even making the argument that because she acted as such, and is the HHS, thus the national healthcare bill will fail is simply idiotic. The person who decides who gets treatment will be on a much more individual level, such as local GPs and healthcare professionals, the same ones that do now.

Oh and some light reading on the subject if you want to check my references:

I can't stand Obama. He doesn't wear the flag pin, refuses to put his hand over his heart for the Pledge Of Alligance(whatever), and doesn't sing said song. He's a terribly unpatriotic president.

You're an idiot. Are you talking about that one stupid picture that everyone was emailing around during the election?

Omg look, he's covering his heart!

If you have an issue with the President's policies that's fine, but make your arguments based on real facts, not the bullshit propaganda they spew on fox news.
