Runescape AFK training methods?

Hey guys quick question.

I am grounded off my desktop.. and cant play runescape. Although I have a mini laptop.. I was wondering if theres a way I could AFK train those hours I'm gone.

I am a turmoil pure, so I need something to work for 30 defence andd preferablly little clicking or effort needed... Please do not suggest botting.

99 Magic
95 Prayer

I noticed the "no botting", but there's not many decent afk training methods. If you're really going off for a while, you should consider training farming, which enquires alot of patience. When I want to semi afk, I put RSBots.net SoulWars bot on. If you can monitor it to type something from time to time, I doubt you'll get banned.

 

Giant spiders in stronghold of security. They auto-attack you for ten minutes at a time, but you need to click once every 5 minutes to prevent being logged off. After ten minutes, you move to the other giant spider room that's on the same floor and repeat. I did that for 70-99 str

 

There is a spot where you can afk at rock crabs, it will take a looong time though at your level.

 

I do like the spiders idea I might try it.. but I am 30 defence so I'll need to take prayers potions

 

You can try flesh crawlers in the security stronghold.

 

LOL why hasnt anyone suggested bandits? Just wear a saradomin or guthix item and use full guthans. You can train there for 15hours or until the guthan's becomes completely broken. just make sure to use a ring of life just in case

 

bandits with prayer potions. They are 5k ea now, so not that expensive. Great exp, afkable just drink p pots. Also bring d2h it helps alot

Hate to tell you but Jagex treats afk training as macroing.

 

Brother i have 3 options for you which work well for me:-
1. Giant Spiders
2. Rock crabs
3. Bandits

The best spot on game for you is ghouls they are near canafis im sure you can find a guide on youtube you will rack up about 50k xp an hour and at 30 def hardly be hit, there the best bet for you thats how i maxed my ini pure

 

Try bandits. If not i'd suggest spending some of that time eping aswell.

 

he can't do bandits unless he uses guthans.
but i guess it's an okay idea

 

You can still do that thing where you wear full armor + d'hdie vamps (no amulet) and splash-train the level-1 magic spell on a low-level monster (level-1 rats); just set up an autotyper to say "lol" every minute so you don't auto log-out.

not only was your suggestion to train magic daft [you obviously cannot read]

bandits with prayer pots would work nicely, especially with your prayer level, really giving you an upper hand on the pray points, and also there are fleshies in the security stronghold, just run straight south from the moment you enter the second floor and you'll spot like 6 - 8 spawns [normally have a few people playing, just hop till you find a quieter world]

mmm. another spot is waterbirth island, there will no doubt be a guide on this that i can't be bothered digging for [just google 'waterbirth rock crab guide' and voila] there are also earth warriors, which are in edge wildi [will require more monitoring than the other spots besides bandits] and well. they drop nice herbs/charms, they have nice exp/kill ratio and its pretty much isolated, besides that the only realy danger is running out of food while afk or saying hey to a rev. [i'd seriously consider earth warriors legit]

If they treated AFK training like macroing (I'm assuming you're referring to their zero tolerance policy?), they should get rid of it. That's actually one thing that they can pretty easily control. Get rid of the overrides on the aggro time limit for those monsters that are AFKable. Seriously, even for Jagex, that's a pretty easy matter to roll over if they wanted to.
