Don't trade/post in market if you have a scammer report

I have a suggestion, that no one should be able to post in the market section / make a trade while they have a scammer report.

The scammer report must contain good evidence, Msn screenshots, etc, and cannot just be text typed, as people could do it to stop people trading. The point where they would have to stop trading/posting in the market is when *Any* member can PM them with a scam report they have.

If they have seen this member post in the market after this, or add people discussing trades, then they should be awarded with at least a 2months ban.

This will stop serial scammers, people scamming quickly before they are banned etc.

This report can be handled much quicker, as the person who Pm'd them only needs to a pm a moderator with the scam report, then the persons post in the market/a trade they made (maybe a vouch) and the mod can temp ban him

 

No support, currently reports are not being taken care of soon enough to deny them to acces the market section.
Just don't trade if the other person has an open report and always check before trading.

If there is enough proof, then they will get prem banned for scamming anyway so there is really no point.

 

The guy above me is correct. There really is no way to prove legitimacy of a scam report until a real mod sees it anyway, but then they're perm banned anyway.

 

This is why this is a horrible suggestion.

 

NO need. If there is enough proof then the user will be banned. It would be to much work to ban some one from the market for a day or two after deciding if they fit that category. They should just decide if the user should be banned or nothing happen. That's how they do it now and it works fine.

Hence the fact, that there would be an abundant amount of accused scammers doing nothing for hours/maybe days. Plus they would only be stopped from using it, if a MOD saw it, so anyways if a mod saw it, if there was enough proof. Banned Imediatly?

 

Are you serious? Do you know how many scam reports are made daily? The market would die in two days.
