Just got the Xbox Slim

So yesterday i decided to buy the xbox slim and traded in my ps3 and got like 210 dollars all together. So far i like it alot more for the following reasons.
1. It looks cool.
2. People actully talk online+they are not 2.
3. The shit it does such as party chat ect.
So far Xbox Slim>Ps3
P.s. I use to own the old xbox 360 but sold it due to it broke too much and got the ps3. Finally talked my self into getting it and am not disappointed.

I bought a slim a month or so ago and I must say I feel the exact opposite about it.

1. It's looks really fucking stupid
2. Most people are in party chat and aren't in game chat, and when they do talk in game chat they're 8-13
3. The only thing it does have is party chat >_>

My PS3 got the YLOD (yellow light of death) and I traded in all my games, etc. I bought the new Xbox 360 and I also bought MW2 with it, new. My MW2 disc no longer works due to the Xbox creating a circular scratch around the disk. My GTA 4 disc no longer works, due to the same thing, but with the GTA disk... I opened the disk tray, and the disk wasn't in the tray, it was actually lodged inside the Xbox, the disk is now completely ruined. DO NOT BUY THE NEW XBOX.

My total review for the Xbox over PS3; PS3 wins.

 

Congratulations on not having your Xbox on an uneven surface, what you had was laser burn, it happens when the xbox is not properly positioned, the laser moves too close to the disc and burns it.

I' have the new slim since two days after it came out, and its still whisper quiet, its still working great.

 

Yeah, I've heard nothing but praise for what they did to the Slim. It's extremely quiet, which is amazing compared to the diesel-fueled Xbox engine we had for the longest time.

 

I don't see why they call it slim, it is basically the same size as the old xbox.

I only bought the new xbox to play halo and play with friends, since most people that go to my school have an xbox. I still like my PS3 better.

My mw2 disc got scratched aswell. I just put back in it's case and took it back to target and said it didn't work. They didn't even bother checking for a scratch.

PS3 wins by a longshot in my book.

I bought one and returned it due to its whisper quite technology i thought it was good but when it ate my MW2 disc it wasnt so quite.

 

My roommate just got the 4GB one since I have a regular 360 with 120 gb drive adn I've noticed it's quieter.

 

To be honest, if people are dissing the slim it either means they are a play station 3 fan boy or they have never used seen it. I think it's a wonderful console and it looks terrific.

 

Theres no possible way the disc could get lodged inside your xbox, as the disc tray is not just a little tray that goes into the open part of your xbox, its like any other dvd drive, it has a complete casing around it and has a magnet on top, theres no possible way your disc could have left the drive.



Please explain what spell you used to make your disc magically float through this metal casing.

 

I think it looks a lot cooler then my PS3, but I still think my PS3 performs better.
