We have talked and come to terms and I will be doing the training. It is a 1 attack account so we both realize it will be a bit more time consuming of a job than a normal 80 strength job but that's ok. It is currently non-members but we are still talking about the possibility of maybe getting membership to increase the xp/hour but that's still in discussion, but none-the-less, we have decided on the terms, membership or not and I will be starting as soon as he gets the details to me.
