If Jagex...

Actually put back in the good ol' days 2005-2007, would you continue to bot and RWT if you had the chance?
If they scratched everything, and sent us back in time, I'm pretty sure I'd find enough respect for Jagex. I wouldn't go destroying the economy + ruining skill training again. :/
I just thought about this because I recently visited the "Constructive Criticism" part of the rs forums and was amazed by what I saw.
Players were outright flaming Jagex and complaining about just about everything after 2007, questioning their morals.
It was essentially "Destructive Criticism".
And you know what? Jagex just ignored them all. Jagex fails.

 

Nope, If jagex every did bring it back to the good old days, I for one would not take adventage of it...

You know, I really wouldn't have any intention to bot on Runescape, weather it's the new updates or old. This wouldn't stop anyone at all, everyone will still be rich, lots of players will be MAXED. It would be a terrible idea, if they could put everything back to 05 + with ban handlers, bot detectors now that'll be cool. + The trade limit keep that on, as people would still buy Rsgp which to me, just seems a waste of real life money.

No I wouldn't bot. I wouldn't RWT, but I would trade cash between my accounts.

I only started botting when they bought in all this stupid stuff.
I thought if they are making the game absolutley rubbish I ave nothing to lose if I lose my account.

 

I'd still bot, but just for the fun of pking.

honestly before the 2007 update, i never botted or rwt. but after the release, i started doing both, simply because thats the only way to have a life and still enjoy the game

I wouldn't, I never botted back then to begin with, and I wouldn't start if they sent us back. It ruined the game, and the economy.

 

You guys are forgetting what he said, 2005-2007. That means that most of the bots we have today wouldn't exist. No chaos tunnels and whatever else there would be. Also, I'm guessing he meant for our accounts to be brought back to 2005-2007, so not that much maxed players, not much gp, no gs, d claws, like 1/4-1/2 of the quests wouldn't be there, etc etc.

 

I wouldn't bot but I would sell gold still.

 

i think hes asking if jagex did bring the 05-07 server back today how much people would play legit/not rwt so that means bots are still in play.

Yeah. I didn't start botting until late 2007, until I realised rs just wasn't worth my time anymore.
After the end of Wildy, I tried bh and got teamed asap. Vowed to never barrage on my main again and still haven't used barrage to this day O:
