How to make an Iban staff pure?

I've seen some videos on youtube of these level 30's with Iban staffs pking. they can hit 200+ with Iban blast which makes them very effective.these pures are 50 attack and around 30hp and 50 magic. I'm thinking about making a pure like this; would I have to sw attack or could I train it normally?

 

you have to soul wars attack or you'll get your hitpoints much to high.

 

I thought Iban was meant to hit higher on creatures.
Also, yeah, you would have to SW attack.

 

iban is old school as fuck.. i remember people pking with it in teams back when they had a hill right b4 u got up to hill giants (lil north of where fog is now). and ppl would just dd there with ibans and shit wrecked.

 

iban's staff is real easy to get, it's downside though is that it has charges.
if the charges run out in the middle of a fight you're gonna be screwed.

you would have to sw a little bit of attack, but you could also quest alot of it if you have like 35 magic.

Quests to do and how:
Grand tree - 18400 xp (safespot kill the demon with fire bolt)
fight arean - 12175 xp (safespot all the fights with fire bolt)
tree gnome village - 11450 xp (use magic and recoils to kill the khazard dude)
vampire slayer - 4825 xp (mage the vampire)
death plateau - 3000 xp (nothing to fight on this one...)
underground pass - 3000 xp (use magic to kill the paladins behind the fire, and the demons from safespot, be extra careful when killing the spider)

All together that makes 52850 attack xp from quests, the rest you'll need to SW.

 

cool concept, but a lot of effort in order to get that 50 attack..
