The title of this thread made me lol. I've been told it's been pretty glitchy lately actually, either try changing the graphics/resolutions or just home tele.

 

Yeh this is fucking stupid i wasted 30 mins finding out how to get off the boat.
But after changing details to high it showed up.

 

I was also having problems, I was playing in fullscreen and I couldn't see it I closed full screen and there it was o.0

 

Or if the screen/gfx resolution change doesn't work, you can home tele/emergency tele out, and take the hot air balloon to entrana.

Or get there via abyss & law altar.
