I'd imagine multiple reasons:

Honestly, I would theorize that it's because of 3 reasons:

1. The change on self-vouching. That really upset her because of her values, it's just insulting, I'd imagine.
2. Tengauge12. If you don't know the issue there, don't worry about it, but him being unbanned probably infuriated her.
3. Life?

 

Maybe she didn't like the updates, Sythe and the staff have implemented recently; and her opinions on everything she was commenting on were basically being shot down, each time. I'd get very annoyed as well, someone that use to have opinions that mattered, to be brought down and treated like a "user-staff committee". I'd totally understand if thats why she chose to leave.
