Long story short , This is not the first time i do business with Rune service discord server : It should be 4th time i did os-dmm swap with Rune Service with ticket staff : !skanque . Previous trade all went well till today he tried pm my client ingame for discord and making excuese and very rude / bad attitude . After i noticed this he declined trade and give me 12m back then kcick me off the server ! i didnot get scammed but just warn everyone here or at least let Rachel_07 know his staff trying to scam !

First of all, you joined our server on Sep 1st, 2023 and did a total of 1 trade. This would be our second trade. We have everything logged in our discord.

The first time my staff did not like it that you outsourced the trade to us without actually telling us beforehand that we would be trading your customer instead of you. After the trade was completed you told us that it was a customer.



The second trade you did exactly the same thing. You did not tell us beforehand that we would be dealing with your customer. My staff did not like this so he declined the trade.
If I am not mistaken there is a sythe rule that states:




We have the right to decline a trade.

 

100% not 2nd time unless your staff delete the data of ticket himself . But that is not the main point . I was okay to decline / cancel the trade but the behave of him asking my customer discord ingame is the reason i do this dispute . He can confirm with me via ticket system why pm customer in game ?

As stated before. My staff is not okay with you outsourcing the trade via us. He tried to find out, because the other time you hid this fact. Turned out, you were outsourcing the trade and thus he declined the trade.

I swear to god 100% not 2nd time ( Wish i had recorded them all and not kicked off the server ) Meanwhile i never hidding this fact from the first trade that is why i even asked for 2 pics of delivery proof . I am sure you can check the full ticket logs and i did say its for customer ! The most issue and shady thing was he declined the trade after i noticed him pm my customer discord while he can simply talk to me via ticket ?

 

During our first trade you never once mentioned that we are going to trade a customer of yours. All you said was:


When the trade was completed you said:


I can provide the whole ticket to a mod if needed.

All he did was confirming if hes trading u or a customer of urs again by asking the discord. He did not have any further contact with your customer.

 

Yeah if you can foward all my ticket logs via email or discord would really appreciate . You just screenshot the first partial ticket logs though

It may not be the most polite way to compete so aggressively, and it is absolutely not a nice thing to do, but if no deceptive actions have been taken (i.e., telling lies) to win the customer, then no standards have been violated in principle (cf. Pingy making defamatory and damaging comments (Again)). It's a free market, and unfortunately, competition can sometimes be tough and aggressive @Jimsky88
