[Spyike][FireZ]Lordzsolt Dispute

I'm getting realy annoyed, it's been 3 days since my SECOND mistaked ban, and i've been trying to contact ANY moderator to talk to but in vain, so I decided to repost my dispute.

I was banned by misunderstanding, im not a case like those who beg for unban, i've been banned by FireZ's mistake.

Everything started a while ago, when someone who I previously did service with asked me nicely to PM someone on Sythe, to add him. His words were "Hey, [email protected] talking to you, please add him", I was lazy so I just copy-pasted the message, not knowing what will happen, instead of editing it to "Hey, someone by the address of [email protected] asked me nicely to PM you and tell you to add him." I was banned once, but then i consulted Spyike over my other account (which was created long time ago since i got bored of my name, but decided not to start all over since I already had been here for over a year and had 300+ posts), but now that one is banned too, so I can only try to talk to mods over MSN, but that isn't working becouse either they dont post their email, or they just dont use it. Louise was the only one nice enought to PM Skele and Spyike to add me on MSN, but that had no effect. Here's the thread where i got reported http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=923032.

I ask you to review my case as soon as possible, check [email protected]'s IP and check my IP, im 100% sure they WILL NOT match, they only IPs I should have are 1. my home IP 2. my school's IP 3. my IRL friend's IP which was used once for checking my offers when my PC at the service.

I'm realy frustrated since my sythe account is worth quite much for me, and i wouldnt want it to throw it away by someone else's mistake.

PS: I understand you did a mistake, we all do, but it's hard to understand you not acting to correct that mistake.

 

Okay.. I've spent roughly 4-hours reviewing image properties, IPs, common post habits, common account/service postings and even text habits on 4 Sythe accounts.. No match found. Member is Un-Banned.

Lord Zsolt, this entire issue was in fact your fault, not ours. Your mistake/disputes cost the staff perhaps 8-hours. Please do not show-up on the radar screen again because I can assure you my decision will take as long as it takes me to navigate to the ban button.
