Nope, it's not on the list, and it's bottable if you know how to script. I'm trying to get this guide verified but the official guide verifyers dont exactly reply to my pm's.

I don't really understand the question tbh. You dont always have to wait for the update but it helps a lot in stocking up on a large amount of the item needed. If you prepared yourself you would be able to do this method, non stop.

His GE guide is "go to ge-update and download etc." It contains very little information, and I'm positive you can find more information via google, or on sites such as rune-tips.

His Junk making guide is well known and is making Spined Helmets. This can easily be found on Zybez, etc.

You mustn't of read the ge update guide correctly, idiot. You only had to go to geupdate.com to see when it was last updated to give a rough idea. Spined helms are 5m/hr, thanks for leaking it douche bag.
