I was thinking of things that I could add and I added 4 then thought well I use Sythe a lot and it's pretty cool.

 

The motor engine is a pretty good one, didn't really think of it. I guess that and penicillin would make my top seven.

Religion was clearly invented. But i ask how can you intellectually debate about the best 5 inventions if no one has challenged anyone else's list at all but instead make their own?
