Buying a good main for 100-150 dollars. Please post some offers I just got back into runescape and lost my account from rsc.

I will be paying via paypal and will want to use a trusted middleman. The main things I am looking for are skills and range but Like I said post accounts and I will decide if I want. If a trusted middle man could post on here or message me that would be helpful.
