    I've forgotten the birthday I used to sign up with my Neopets acc (53 months old) and I can't seem to sign in without it. Plus, every time I enter my user and pass it stops loading any pages. I can go back to login, but on all 3 of my browsers I can't get past submitting, then, white screen.

    Can anyone help please?

    There's not much you can do about it. Tons of users lost their side accounts when they implemented this.

    You can contact any staff member and try proving that you own the account. I've gotten one my accounts restored that way. Contact multiple staff members though, some will refuse to help because it's technically your fault for using a fake birthday.

    It was a long time ago and Im not sure they still have the 18+ rule for the forums, but that was the reason for it
    How would I contact them? through another account and NM?
