is there a way that..

somebody CANNOT chargeback on your paypal, been looking into selling a few rares and well i just don't want to get f'd over my rares and not get any money in the end of it.

if there is a sticky on this i mustve missed it ( sorry ) and just link me to it please

 

Unfortunately, there is generally always a way for someone to chargeback there money. You can however take precautions. Such as:

1. Investigate the person you are trading with. Look at there vouches and reviews and determine if they seem trustworthy.
2. Use a trusted MiddleMan/Official MiddleMan. These guys help you out with your trades and ensure to the best of there ability no-one will be scammed.
3. When doing the trade, ask the other member to send the money as a PayPal Gift or Payment Owed. While these can still be chargedback, it is a lot more difficult. You can also try asking them to write a note along with the payment stating "This payment is for an item I have already received."
4. If all else fails and a chargeback does occur, call PayPal and attempt to explain the situation. They may disregard the dispute and send the money back to your account.
