Community Proprietor!

So, I have seen this on another forum, and thought it was a great idea.

My suggestion is that Sythe promote a "Community Proprietor". This person, once promoted, will basically look more in depth to the members to see who deserves a promotion, should a spot arise. They will also keep an eye on the staff, to ensure that there is peace, and most importantly, no corruption.

Please comment on this suggestion, constructive criticism is always welcome, flaming not so much.

All the globals and admins to do this already...

Also, everybody would just suck up to Proprietor for mod.

 

Ad previously said, globals' and admins' job. Why do you think this person would be needed to replace the staff doing this?

 

The Globals and Admins decide promotions. And I'm sure they can take care of themselves.

 

I think it should be looked over by a group of people not a single person.

Some may know things that others don't.

 

Not really required. The current Sythe staff can see which members are contributing/would be suitable for the job anyway.

 

All staff serve as community proprietors- and it's best that way. We have more eyes looking around the forum for potential staff talent.

Not to mention having a single person pick "who deserves a promotion" would only lead to corruption, not prevent it.
