Str or Prayer?

So I have a level 57 f2p melee pker. His stats are 40 attack 1 defense 92 str.

What do you think would be the best route? 99 str or 31 prayer?


The choices are;

60 Combat
40 att
1 def
99 str
62hp

61 Combat
40 att
1 def
92 str
31 pray
60hp

 

I suggest not to get prayer levels up on f2p pures they give alot of combat levels up, so stick with 40 att and 99 str.

 

Go P2P if you get prayer, F2p boring and pray is useless there.. If you stay F2P, dont get prayer, maybe at 99 str you can though.

 

My pure was 99 strength before I got prayer on it, and it wasn't all that great until I went p2p. Recharging after every fight is boring/annoying, you'll do just fine without it.

 

Get 99 Str as you get the cape and stuff but the answer you are looking for.

92 Str + Pray and Pot = 299
99 Str + Pot = 281


So Pray would make you hit more, but Cape is better in the long run.

 

Don't get prayer if your f2p , You will regret it when you constantly running back to the altar...

Depends on how much time you have. Obviously 99 str would be nicer with higher hits and no "prayer point limit" and lower combat, but 99 str would probably take 100x as long to get.

 

for an f2p pker just go with str, but if you ever want to members pk you might wanna get prayer.

just sucks cuz you cant use prayer pots in f2p :\
