Need someone to design and make a RuneScape Blackmarket forum for me. If any mods/admins want to be staff on that forum I will make you what you are right now. You will pay for hosting+the forum but ant the final cost you will get it all back. I am looking for something along the lines of a good rs blackmarket name+design. Careful guys this guy is a scammer. If you want proof look here http://www.runeplaza.com/showthread.php?p=1900#post1900 . He also tried to buy a different website I own and tried to scam it but isn't very smart and he wasn't even in control of the domain.

 

So let me get this straight. You want someone to design a forum (god knows why you wouldn't use an out of the box software like vbull or phpbb), you want graphics, you want someone to pay for hosting and a domain. All for free?
