    Yes hello, my level 138 account was recently locked, i have all the information and everything! Yet jagex will not unlock it.

    So i am wondering if there is a guide to help me get an account unlocked!

    Here's excellent advice:

    Don't try to unlock it, and wait 1 or several months, the longer you wait the easier it will be to unlock. Also try to provide as many creation details as you can in the whitebox, even if you have an ip adress or a country.

    Besides that obviously enter all other info you got.
