Gods ownag3 (evading) dispute thread

I will start from the beginning, and work until the end assiduously.

Starting about one month ago, my paypal got keylogged and hacked into, and a charge of $400 was claimed unauthorized; I got my paypal account back after contacting paypal and my bank multiple times I finnaly acquired a new passwod for my paypal. I expeditiously logged into my account, cancelled the attempted charge-back, took screenshots of the following being cancelled, contacted the individual who had the charge-back done, and sorted it out with him. I got a vouch from him saying he understands and to unban me, and I posted that along with the screenshots of the cancelled dispute in this section of the forums. Verts replied telling me to take a screenshot of a succesful anti-virus scan to show that this would not happen again and then I would be unbanned. The next day I did this, and waited about a week for a response to get unbanned; after waiting I decided to make a new account "global tyrant <3" to do buisness while Verts was processing my request on gods ownag3. I did over 35 legit trades on that account, in which 30+ people went first with no bad feedback, and of which I was trusted multiple time with over $70, and up to $140 first. After a few weeks I got reported for an evading, because I was using the same email (not attempting to hide that I was infact gods ownag3), and I got banned on that account for evading. That's when I decided I would wait until Verts processed my request and not make more sythe accounts. A few days ago Verts unbanned my account, after seeing my dispute after it had fallen to the beginning of page 5, and I straight away went back to the market section, trying to do more legit deals. I have never scammed, and was never a threat to others on this site by creating the other account I made. I know it was wrong to create another account, and I realize i should get some punishment for that issue (like the temporary ban that was originally placed on my account, and then upped to a permnant ban for no reason) but I do not believe that I should be permanately banned for making another sythe account while my reuest was being processed for a ban that was not earned in the first place, thanks for anyones time that has read this, and I really hope I can be a part of the sythe community soon.

And considering your story says you made global tyrant ,3 while Verts was handling your other acct dispute, it was made on 8-1-2010 and you said you didn't make anymore Sythe accts after that one.

That's when I decided I would wait until Verts processed my request and not make more sythe accounts


Well guess what, your acct halo > cod was made on 8-21-2010

Care to explain that.
