Anyways, change my vote to Pokemoners2 since Ryan isn't running anymore.

 

If he did, then it's highly unfair. I could've petitioned and get my score to about 50.

Yes. You jumped from 3 votes to 32 votes in a matter of hours. I'd like to get to the bottom of this.

 

Sorry, I just posted on the quick post on the 1st page and didn't see it.

I did alert select people who I know support my actions to help sythe about the thread, and told them why I would be a good candidate. I seriously do not understand how you can all be so perturbed by this. If you get down to it, an election is a popularity contest. Whether you are running for president or middle school beauty queen, you need to garner the most possible votes.
Before I even mentioned the voting thread to anyone, I checked to see if asking people to support you was against the rules in both this thread and the Official USC thread, and it said nothing of the sort in either place. Alerting my friends about the thread and explaining what it was and how I could be a good caniadate was only natural. Do you think Bill Clinton or President Obama stood on the sidelines during their elections? I am sorry to others who failed to grasp this, making it unfair for them, but you should understand the basics of elections.

 

People didn't vote for Obama because he told them to. They voted out of free will.

 

Of course he told people to vote. Why did he hold speeches, meet with people, raise millions of dollars for advertising, mass email his email list that he was running for president, or even create a new type of artwork based on him alone? If you sit in the corner during any election, you cannot expect to win.

 

It almost sounds forced. Don't try to bring the whole 'Obama' situation. I'm pretty sure half the people that voted for you aren't aware of what the committee is even for.

Please your a correct quotation, yours is an invalid link, I never said that and you are misquoting.

I explained to them my helpfulness and what the USC was. If that wasn't enough, there was a post on the top of the page explaining the vote which had the USC link in its signature.
I can use whatever argument I want, as long as it's valid.
I could say to you now, "Don't try to bring in the whole 'forced' spiel", it means nothing.
