    Potiential sellable guide?
    People usually buy guides if it gets them an unfair advantage, and I fail to see the advantage in this. Other than that, it's very original and quite a good find, you could always try to put it for sale and see how it goes; just don't charge too much and you'll be able to make a bit out of it ;)
