My cat flitches when I want to pet it. Help?

I left for 4 days on vacation, and left my pets with a babysitter. When I came back, I noticed that my cat now flinches majorly when I try to pet it. I left the cat with my sister, and I suspect she hit my cat.

Please tell me what the reason for it's flinching might be. Also, how do I make her stop.

You can't hit a cat...LOL, it's not a fucking dog. The cat will scratch or attack the person back or it can get away much more easily and faster than a dog.

Your cat is either high or if your sister is a animal abuser, go up to her and fucking ask her. Don't come here posting assumptions as to what happened. She's your sister, not your crush from school or some shit.

Cats are badass and doesn't afraid of anything. 4 days is not enough time to mentally break a cat, it takes years of hardcore training and discipline just to get them to not scratch your leg like a post.

So, I doubt your sister did anything. Probably just your cat being a cat.

 

Most likely your cat is going through PMS, if she is in heat I'd get her spayed asap.

Completely true, my cat is so goddamn badass when my grandmother tried to hit her she pissed in her shoes and spent the rest of the day happily sleeping on her bed in the guest room.

Cats are not dogs, they're so much hardcore.
