There needs to be a new rule imo.

    This is complete bull shit.

This person is saying that if you get his account banned, then he will get a refund, and force you to pay extra due to the value of his account. It is not the fault of the person botting if you're banned. Read my posts on his thread. What if he suicided the day before? And he knows he'll be banned, so he's hiring someone to compensate him for his loss?

There should be a rule enforced that you can not hold the person responsible if you're banned, unless you have proof that they botted stupidly, and/or went around in game trying to get you banned. I.e. saying stuff like "oh I'm botting!!!".

Why create a whole new rule when you can simply disagree to his terms, and not post?

Because it's not right. For all we know, his account has no stats, but he's still going to charge. Or like I said, he thinks his account will be banned, so he's going to blame the person botting.

The person botting should never be held responsible unless there is proof of them botting stupidly.

I'm not disagreeing with you, but it's his thread, and his rules. If you agree to it, you're going to be responsible. Like I said originally, it can be easily avoided by just not agreeing to the terms; don't post.

    Agreed.

Users can dictate how they want their services done so long as it does not break the rules. If a user has ridiculous terms for their service then simply ignore them and don't post. If users had common sense or knowledge then they would know not to do the botting for that user.

It's kind of rude how you put the spotlight on a member who just wants his account to be safely botted and not risk a banning, at least censor out the username next time.
