I didn't make that assumption, considering we are speaking of a computer manufacturer who does not sell individual computer parts (Just like Dell,HP, etc..) so why should that point be counted? if can't send specific parts to dell why does that count against apple?

Those aren't computer manufacturers, they don't build anything, they just buy in bulk, assemble it, and sell it.

You understand what my point was. While I used the widely used term "manufacturer" instead of "computer assembler" it still portrayed my point.

Sure, your actual point uses very narrow logic that doesn't consider situations in which the person you were replying to was even talking about.

 

Honestly, consider this we are speaking about macs. Macs are machines that are assembled by a company Apple in this case. For this reason it was safe to assume (which I already agreed on doing) that the reply was not about some company that competes in a totally different part of the industry, the actual manufacturing of parts.

I assumed that he was speaking of companies such as Dell,HP,etc.. simply because it was the logical assumption considering the parameters of the conversation, why would I assume the reply was about dog collars when the previous on going discussion was about dog food?

I wasn't attacking you, yet you made chose to attack my character and not my arguments.. I was looking for a response to my questions not an attack.
