We agreed on 72-89 range, 48-82 mage, and the quest desert treasure, and any reqs he needs to complete it. I have recieved payment in full already via Paypal for this job, so we should be all clear to start leveling the account. I am having him dispute the payment, and then canceling the dispute, that way he cannot dispute the payment for real to have the payment reversed later.

I took all of the precautions including making him open a dispute against his payment and then canceling it so that he couldn't dispute it later with the intent of actually getting his money back. Also, at this time I'm already doing desert treasure for multiple accounts, so I can build the account (and i can quest a bit for prayer), but I won't be doing many quests currently.
