Suggestion for a rule change on Cool-Dog's case

Lately people were shocked to see so many bans on sythe.org and as you may have heard, a member named Cool-Dog was also banned. The reason he was banned is actually he requesting it as he lost control over his sythe account. The story behind this is rather long and annoying to tell, but, from what I have heard and what Cool-Dog has told me, it started out as a troll when getting involved in the sythe account sale, but later moved on to a pretty big head ache. The person wanting to scam was iGiggle (impersonating tengauge12).
Probably quite a few saw Cool-Dog's newest account sale, he had to sell it fast, and iGiggle came just in time with the right scam. He offered to buy his rs account if he also sold him his sythe account. That's where it all got really wrong, the person scamming needed "verification" by PM to make sure that Cool-Dog will surely sell both of the accounts. The PM's contain words from Cool-Dog that he WILL sell his sythe account, that's all the needed proof to get him banned, but he himself requested the ban in my opinion showing care for other sythe members. Anywho, he wanted to contact mods to talk about this, but can't seem to get a hold of any. If any are interested in more details and explanation, I'm sure he would be more than happy to explain how everything happened. Now, I'm actually suggesting a rule change on this case as Cool-Dog has contributed with sythe.org. I suggest making the rule of "selling sythe account" less harsh as he technically hadn't sold it. As I mentioned above, mods can contact him via msn: [email protected] for more detailed explanation.

Hope this gets viewed at and if not, we will all be waiting for his goodbye thread. Also, someone start a unban
    Bubba trend lol <3

As sad as it is (and I've been around for Cool-Dog) I still think that even attempting to sell your sythe account should warrant a ban anyway. Someone may have good intentions in stopping use of the account, but he still had broken the rules knowingly. I wouldn't expect to be unbanned if i intentionally broke a rule :(

I think what you said was he tried to sell his Sythe account, but because a trade never took place the punishment should be less harsh.

I disagree. People who buy Sythe accounts are generally buying them to scam. So he's helping someone scam which I believe is a bannable offence.
