Best setup/inv

I was gonna start pking soon with the stats of
atk:40
str:80
def:40
range:30
prayer:31
I was wondering if I should go with full rune or monk robes any suggestions?

 

probably won't get fights in full rune, most people will ask for no arms.

Basically you got the 40 def so use it! Always wear full rune and if people want you to "no" arm bank it all but the helm and kite shield. They will most likely still fight leaving you with an advantage still.

I need pratice on my timing to like when to switch anyone got any suggestions?
Example: I know range/2h right after the arrow leaves the bow then u pull out the 2h. Idk about the scim/baxe or 2h

 

Bring both full rune and a set of monk's robes. Some people will want to have no armor fights with you. If they do, you'll be prepared.

Also, I prefer scim/b-axe as opposed to scim/2h. I believe it flows better when PKing.
