Need a new item to alch, please help!

Hey i'm going for 99 mage from 86 via alching. I've been alching maple longbows but im losing way to much, what's the best thing to alch? I don't want to lose 200k per 1k alchs, i want to lose alot less.

 

if you have alot of cash then put a big order of lava battlestaffs in. let that sit overnight and then you can start alchin those. but there is a site i forgot the name that will tell you the lose of what eash item you alch is.

Gold bars, you only end up losing like 106gp per alch.

Actually, the limits are to low, need a better item.

Iron plates are good, and you can normally buy them out instantly

 

alch addy plates, you make 20k profit on every 100

 

I need something I can buy large quantitys of...

 

maybe gold bars,or rune bars?

 

just use that site that david gave you. you can buy 100 of each item every 4 hours.. thats a decent amount. spend 2 days just buying and youd be set for a while

 

Only problem with alching is that items that either give a profit or small lose can only be bought in low ammounts.

I always do maple longbows.

Either do battle staffs (100/4 hours) or continue to do the Maple Longbows.
Alternatively, you can just Stun (which is what I find to be the best choice).
I stun while in a Bounty World and just wait for a target meanwhile.

 

This site is a godsend when you are looking for the latest prices in a quick and efficient way.

Maple Longbow (U) is usually a safe item though. Last time I checked they were an 100 GP loss per alch.
